Both. GoPrep offers an individual kit sized for a single adult, and a Family Bundle designed for 2–4 people over 72 hours. You can also top up either kit with add-on modules - extra food packs, medical supplies, or water purification - from our shop.

No assembly required. Everything is pre-packed, labelled, and stored in a single carry bag. We recommend placing it somewhere accessible - a hall cupboard, under a bed, or in the boot of your car - and reading through the preparedness guide so your household knows where it is.
